Good to know / FENDERIVA

Quick answers

Common questions, short answers.

What is Fenderiva?

A free reading site from The Nelson M Group LLC. Fenderiva walks through auto insurance information in everyday words, with no sign-up needed to read.

What happens after I sign up?

Plain-language information on the topic you choose, by email if you give one. If you opt in to texts, you also get short texts pointing to the same guides.

Can you help me file a claim?

No. Claims are filed with your insurer or the other driver’s insurer. We only explain how the process usually works.

Can I ask you to erase what I sent?

Email [email protected] and we will remove you, or use the unsubscribe link in any message.

Is Fenderiva selling something?

Not at all. We write general guides about auto insurance. We do not sell it, we are not licensed to, and none of it is insurance, legal or financial advice.

Do you handle claims or roadside help?

No. For a claim or roadside assistance, contact your insurer directly, and call 911 if anyone is hurt.

Will insurers or agents see what I submit?

No. What you send stays with us and is not sold, rented or passed to insurers, agents, quote sites or other partners. You can see exactly what we collect in the Privacy Policy.

Can I sign up without an email, phone or ZIP code?

Not at all. Email, mobile number and ZIP code are optional, so the form needs just your name, your topic and the privacy checkbox.

Will I be signed up for texts automatically?

Yes, skip them. Texts are strictly opt-in (two separate unchecked boxes), and the form works without ticking either one.

How do I unsubscribe from texts?

Just reply STOP. HELP brings up help information, and [email protected] works too.

Will you match me with an agent or insurer?

No. We do not recommend, rank or match you with companies or agents.

Can you tell me what my premium should be?

No. A premium comes from your state, your car, who drives it and how each insurer rates risk. We describe those factors so you know what to ask when you speak to an insurer.

Do you give legal advice about fault?

No. Fault is decided by insurers and sometimes courts. For legal questions, a licensed attorney can help.

How often will you text me?

Message frequency varies and runs up to about 8 a month. Message and data rates may apply.

Output: a clearer policy.
